The Challenge
- Manual inventory tracking was slow and error-prone.

- Technical hurdle in integrating all the various RFID hardware devices with the backend system.
- Mastering the scanning range and accuracy across vast inventories needed some advanced configuration.
Our Approach/Solution
- Hardware Integration: Used Zebra ZD621R RFID printer for tag encoding, TC27 scanner for data capture, and RFD4031 sled to improve scanning accuracy.
- Backend Integration: Connected RFID devices with Laravel to automate stock updates, order placements, and alerts.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Configured devices for seamless connectivity and ensured peak performance of the system.
The Results
- RFID Tag Printing: These tags were printed and linked with inventory or sales records.
- Real-Time Data Acquisition: Accurate scanning and instant updates were made possible via the TC27 scanner and RFD4031 sled.
- Facilitated Inventory Control: With the backend of Laravel, stock was automatically updated upon triggering restocking alerts and the issuance of sales orders.
- Improvement: Reduction in manual efforts and improved accuracy in inventory
